Very good album. Strong and fast, for me the 2nd best of their career.
Heavy guitar music, fast vocals and a desire to sing them all before sundown.
A beautiful mix of all the things that make AFI a terrific band. Catchy choruses, vivid imagery, the energising tracks, the mournful ballads. I think Sing the Sorrow is their best, but The Art of Drowning is my favourite.
