Nasty. All hail Eddie Hazel.
I love the musicianship on this album, and Hazel's vocals are so damn cool. This album has so much class. Great production too.
A hell of a lot more people should know about this awesome album.

This is a tremendous album, really suave and smooth. I'm not sold on all the vocals or the lyrics - that said, California Dreamin is utterly perfect. The overall tone is just incredible, so killer. I'm not really sure how to motivate it any further other than to say that it isn't a very difficult album to get into, just put it on and jam out, it's very aesthetically pleasing.
