This is the greatest singer-songwriter album you've never heard. I don't know where it can be purchased, but for the love of God, find it. Jeff Ham, the leader of this band of miscreants, wrote some unbelievably good songs, recorded them with some friends, halfheartedly toured around Chicago and Northern Indiana for a year, and hung it up. It's a shame. His writing style evokes John Prine, Chris Knight, Jerry Jeff Walker, Guy Clark, Townes Van Zandt, Steve Earle and other greats. But in a way these songs are better. These tales are heartbreaking and painful to the point where some people can't listen a second time. The album is so rare, you should own just because no one else does. Then give a listen be blown away.

A lot of hard work happens in the background to keep BEA running, and it's especially difficult to do this when we can't pay our hosting fees :(
