This record has one of the best song ever, but the rest is only pretty decent, and it is suffering for the 80's sound, sequencer and electronic drums sounds really updated.
It's not bad, but apart from Sexual healing, there's nothing great here. Very safe and overly commercial. So-so.
This is not even close to his best record. It's got a nice groove but never really hits the mark. The 80's production gets in the way.

I want to love this. It was a great comeback story. It's just that there's nothing standout, too much synthesized sound, and it's pretty lightweight. Let's Get It On tries the same thing and hits the mark - stick to that.
