Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album is rated in the top 11% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 74.9/100, a mean average of 73.7/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 74.9/100. The standard deviation for this album is 15.5.

Its possible their best album, enjoyable listen.
This was the first Florence I got. Liked it so it made me explore some of her others. Was quite disappointed with them. In my opinion this is her best by a long shot.
How enormous, how cerulean, how gorgeous ~ I love this album. It brings me joy in an otherwise less than joyful world.
Also find this to be Florence's best record. Not as repetitive as the bombastic arena baroque pop from previous records can get. More interesting to the ear as well, tonal shifts, nice instrumentation and the usual pretty strong songwriting.
I used to not like it as much but then i found out that i had been listening to the "deluxe" version and the tracks i didnt care for were all bonus tracks.
This is honestly the best Florence and the machine record. consistent. cohesive. catchy. complex. No duds, no fluff, no filler stuff. Just a straight-up practically flawless album.
Have never heard the previous two albums despite them selling more than this one. Agree with another commentary, no filler tracks. All wonderful. Great voice.
I like it more than Ceremonials. Ship to Wreck is an amazing song, What Kind of Man and Queen of Peace are really good. Some filler tracks, but overall, it's an enjoyable album

My favourite Florence + The Machine album. There's no bad song or filler in this album, and Florence's voice is tremendous. One of the best of 2015, it's beautiful!
