Brilliant debut EP by Fate. Goes under the moniker Nuns Have No Fun and was rereleased much later as The Beginning.
Four songs and all of them are great. Doomed by the Living Dead and Corpse Without a Soul are standouts.
King Diamond’s voice can grate on novice listeners but the tight rhythms, demonic lyrics and interesting changes in musical patterns are special. Corpse painted Diamond is a sight to behold.
Original artwork on 1982 EP is quite shocking and worth the investment.
