A settant'anni nessuno può licenziare uno dei propri dischi migliori, ma "The Monsanto years" dice del suo autore molto di più di tanti altri suoi dischi del passato, nel bene ( belle melodie, cavalcate elettriche, canzoni riuscite ) e nel male ( sbavature, alti e bassi ).
