Sounds a bit like The Libertines by numbers, everything is there but lacks that magic spark of the earlier albums
Solid album, the return of The Libertines!! It's very fun to listen to and doesn't dissapoint
A great album after so many years apart
Very good album by The Libertines, the world was much different when they first came in the early 2000s. The question for a band like them is if they can still deliver great music like they did the last time? The answer is yes, there still some great tracks but more matured compared to Up the Bracket or Self-titled. But there are still great tunes

The Libertines releasing a new album in 2015... why not. This is actually really fun!
The Libertines are my favourite band of all time and i have waited a long time for them to release new material, I have not been disapointed.Fair enough, Anthems For Doomed Youth, may not have the strongest of singles to lead the album. However I believe it's the libs finest effort, unlike their other two albums, every song is brilliant. Although its been a long wait, its been well worth it. The rhythm and bass from Hassall and Powell, complements the emotional songwriting of Barat and Doherty perfectly. One of the best albums of the decade thus far and one of my new favourites.
Best Songs Gunga Din, Fame and Fortune, Iceman, Your'e My Waterloo and Heart of the Matter.
