Very good album overall. They aren’t very good at writing slow tracks, and so there are a few here that are a real drag. However, when it picks up and those fast, intricate guitar licks come in it is great. The bass is a little lackluster, but the guitar uses all that space sublimely. They use effects brilliantly, allowing for a dreamy yet crisp sound. Of course, that all goes out the window for the final track, and it works wonders.

Just discovered this band because of a YouTube recommendation and what a pleasent surprise. Love the sound of this album which I find is a mixture og Cocteau Twins and The Smiths. It has the dreamy pop sound of Cocteau Twins and the great guitar work resembling Johnny Marr. Just fantastic. Am really looking forward to their next record!
Enjoyable first listen. Had heard Easier Said on the radio which sounded quite Sundays/Cocteau Twins so the rest of the album was quite a surprise!
