Synthpop supreme ! I think this record is pretty solid throughout and has that great duet with Sky Ferreira on it. Sure, it's no "some velvet morning", but "Chaosmosis" proves the boys haven't lost it yet.
Similarly to 2008's "Beautiful Future", this is a consistent and catchy record that also leans more towards pop but has some typical Primal Scream flourishes. This may be a second-tier album from them, unlike 2013's excellent "More Light", nonetheless it's worth a spin. Watch out for that Sky Ferreira feature halfway through.
