SOAD have a totally unique and original sound and style. All albums are full of top quality songs. The weakest album in my opinion is the debut but they would have still been finding their way when writing that. With saying that, even that's a great album hence they've never released anything short of brilliant. They rightly deserve their status among Metals elite (Edited)

Infallible talent to balance wild intensity with passion and personality. I pissed myself laughing the first time I heard SOAD, and now they're one of my safe spaces. An energy that has incredible nimbleness and levity, whilst packing wall-breaking punch. The world would be so much duller without them. (Edited)
I saw them twice in Des Moines. Awesome.
One of the most crazy bands ever. SOAD manages to achieve an original sound while keeping the base simple. Really creative band and a stand out within the Nu Metal movement (i know, it is more more like an alternative metal band) (Edited)
