An absolute genius. I don’t necessarily love everything that he’s ever done but so innovative and unique. An artist like this comes along very rarely. Tilt is a masterpiece
Such a shame he doesn't get the recognition he deserves on this site.

It's Scott Walker!
He has released some of the best albums of the 60's, 90's and 00's. The only solo artists on his level are David Bowie, Brian Eno, Tom Waits, Prince, and Nick Drake and if I had to rank my greatest/favorite artists of all time, Scott Walker would be either #1 or #2. Basically, this guy is a musical genius

One of the most innovative artists of all time. He's a musician's musician. Bowie and Eno listen to him for inspiration. Easy 100/100.
