Top 40 Greatest Music Albums by ramthecowy

My taste in music is hardly settled nor the best. A lot of these albums are purely here because of the sentimental value attached to them because of the memories attached to the music that I listened to growing up. It's going to be work in progress... forever. My tastes will be ever-diversifying and so this list will keep expanding. The top 20 albums are set pretty much. Anything below that still hits the mark of "do listen before you die" and ought to all be on one rank, something that unfortunately isn't possible. Feel free to read what I say about each album, or judge me I guess. For sure coming on this list:
- more funk
- more punk (ha the rhyme!)
- more house
- Buckethead
- Volto!
- Saliva
and more stuff for sure

Honestly perfect. I can't say any more. It's literally the perfect fusion album and perfect album full stop. It's got nice vocals, unique electronic experimentation, amazing catchy bass lines with the sweet sweet jazz melodies as well as the great funk rhythms topped off with fantastic classical sections with impeccable transitions and dynamics to lead you through a story narrated by a man with a flawless British accent. You want to be taken on an emotional rollercoaster, that can be done too, just follow the musical arrangement. I can't fault this album at all. Hats off to you, sir, Mr. Takanaka, I would say this is your best work, you've made a monstrous masterpiece. [First added to this chart: 05/21/2018]

Utterly magnificent. Emotional. Raw. It's just so visceral and beautiful. So many memories resurface. If you want to appreciate Kingston Wall you have GOT to listen to all three albums. Read on below.

I really needed to stick in both albums separately to point out just how good Kingston Wall is. Vocals are top notch, the atmosphere and feel are great and instrument tone is top notch. I can't thank Partario enough for introducing me to this. [First added to this chart: 05/21/2018]

Extreme nutt. So good. Sooooo good. I remember getting goosebumps listening to this for the first time. That falsetto, the story, the amazing instrumentals, the dynamics in the composition - it's otherworldly good. [First added to this chart: 05/21/2018]

One of my favourite prog albums, even though the lyrics are a little bit dull it more than makes up for it with character, such unique amazing ELP character [First added to this chart: 05/21/2018]

For some dope house music from the 2010's, go to Caracal. Dope album there. Love the album so much.

"Extreme nutt" may be the most hilarious way I've ever heard someone describe an album let alone my favorite album ever hahaha
