84.00 Fantastic blend of thrash combined with NWOBHM stylistics. Preferred over Part 1. Mainly due to the 1st Helloween album I had was 'Live in the UK', which featured a good chunk off this album. Everyone loves familiarity 01/25

82.00 It really is a joy re-getting CD's of albums you haven't heard for 20 plus years due to having no record player. . This is great. My favorite Slayer. Album of 2 half's, the first being vastly superior. I find it interesting that 'Reign in Blood' gets mass limelight for being the so-called best Slayer album due to it being produced by Rick Rubin. The tracks on that are at light speed exceeded, but this I feel is more refined. This is also produced by Rick Rubin and it's way better. My opinion, that's all. Gotta love the delivery of the lyrics. No-one does it quite like Tom 04/24

81.454* This was one of the first CD's I bought when transitioning from vinyl. Great album. More traditional metal verging on thrash. Where they had established themselves with constant heavy rhythms with melody. But fucking grunty melody. Top effort. 03/26

81.36 Good album. Not as epic as 'Ritual' as there's a few tracks on this which seem to be there to bulk it out. But the gold makes up for it.

79.408* This band has a bunch of top personnel doesn't it? Written and recorded in 10 days. That's beyond amazing due to it being full of quality tracks. It sounds as you'd expect from this amalgamation of class musicians. 04/26

78.12 Album of two half's. First being raw and live sounding (even though it wasn't) from their pre-fame days. Gives good insight of what was to come. Second half acoustic and polished. Highlighted the difference of some songwriting skills, and of what coming into some money does from before 'Appetite' to afterwards. The better of the two half's for me personally. 06/24

Danzig's fucking marvelous. This is the debut from 1988. Some cracker songs on it. 'Am I Demon' being the pinnacle. A great thing with him is that the next album he did after this was even better, and the album he did after that was better still. That's some pretty top notch stuff right there. Hooray for Glenn Danzig 04/26

76.50 Very formulaic George but you know what you're getting with George. I was quite impressed with this as it's mainly up tempo. Good old George. Good old 12 bar rhythm and blues 12/24
