this was the year where i started to expand my music taste, As one can see, I already got tired of the new material Coldplay and Muse were putting out. I discovered that both bands originally drew inspiration from Radiohead so I forced myself to liking Radiohead, which worked out well in the hand. From there on led a whole lotta paths into different indie subgenres. German music magazines with their hype of the new wave of austropop aswell as the comeback of britpop veterans and mainstream, rock-instrumanted psychedelia was also helpful. And Kendrick managed to sensibilie my ear for hip hop. A groundbreaking year.
