To my ears, this is Van Morrison at his best, and that's really saying something, 'cause he's got so much to offer. Each song brings back personal memories... Dancing and singing with friends long ago...

The new Bob... Dylan that is. Not necessarily at her best. She's gonna shine like the sun for years to come. Engaging. Interesting. I've been focusing on acoustic guitar for 12 years now. Hearing Courtney and her minions incentivized me to buy an electric again after I traded my last one for a drum. Ha, ha, and now I'm learning to play her tunes 'cause they're so awesome! Like pickles straight from the jar.

Had this one stuck in my Sony Walkman for the better part of my 1st year of college. Just great rock and roll! I mean, I loved the Velvet Underground, and I have this weird memory of being 6,sitting in the dentist chair and the dentist and my dental hygenist stopping to dance for 5 minutes to Walk on the Wild Side 'cause it came on the radio, but to me, this is still Lou at his absolute best...
