The album starts on an excellent high note and continues strong until about halfway through when it starts to lose itself. Really excellent lyricism throughout, and the concept of reflecting on past actions/livelihood in response to the world ending is a very intriguing way to tie the album together. Overall, I really enjoyed listening through. The front half just felt much stronger than the back half.
There are some great highs in this album and very frustrating lows (the 3 spoken word, filler tracks completely take me out of the right mindset). Take those weak points out and you'd have a much more cohesive, solid release.

Definitely prefer this over their last album--which was perfectly fine. Not sure how essential the spoken word interludes are, but I don't hate them.
The 60's sound of Girls group, also in the voice. Revisited in 2020. No big Hit, perhaps better to listen carefully the all album.
Sort of PJHarvey-esque. Not a bad record, just nothing that moved me.
