I know exactly which one you mean. Where they're looking through the bars. I forgot it was The Yardbirds though. I always thought it was The Kinks for some reason.
Our local library has this album with the Sgt Pepper style cover on the front. I don't know if somebody changed it or if some versions have the Sgt Pepper parody cover. I must investigate...
I looked on ebay UK. Most of them have the Sgt Pepper parody cover.
Maybe we got lucky in the UK and have that cover.

In both covers Frank Zappa is wearing a dress. It looks so funny with his goatee beard.
