"Faust have done it again! Their second album is even more fun than their first. Jolly and chaotic, this album is just as pioneering as Faust's debut and conjured up another delightful world, whilst doing something different from their previous album. I enjoyed listening to this so much, a wild mi..."  [+]  Reply

"Surprised this is so ignored here - one of the most beautiful and terrifying albums of all time. You have to listen to the whole Inmost Light Trilogy though, it's incomplete without Where The Long Shadow Falls and The Starres Are Marching Sadly Home to bookend the main album"  Reply

"We really are seeing a new breed of indie rock right now. This sounds exactly like the missing link between Fleet Foxes & Built To Spill, seasoned with something else entirely. One eye’s on the past and one’s on the future but they’ve got their fingers on the pulse. It’s complex but accessible, l..."  [+]  Reply

"Head music, is an underrated album. Alright, it's certainly not their best, but it's a good record. Some great songs here; electricity, she's in fashion, everything will flow, and, can't get enough, are all excellent Suede songs. Head music, deserves a bit more recognition, it's certainly better ..."  [+]  Reply

""Beat Your Ass" picks up on "Inside-Out" and gives the swift kick in the ass the album title suggests. They're back with some upbeat guitar pop ready to take names and they want YOU to know it. That wry smirk of yours has Yo La Tengo written all over it."  Reply

"It's definitely not my thing (I'm a 54 year-old male). However, I do appreciate that she is exhibiting more talent than most of today's new music artists in any genre. That said, I prefer Jewel's "Pieces of You" which was recorded in 1995 when she was 21."  Reply

"Not quite as uncompromising as their debut; while Entertainment has a unique punk feel to it, this settles in to a more typical post-punk sound. The anger is still there though, and there is still some edge to the guitars as well. Pretty good follow-up to one of the best debuts of all time."  Reply
