"There's an obviously cobbled together feel about this album, but when so much of Jello Biafra's wit and social commentary couldn't find a place on their regular releases, it easily justifies itself as an even wilder and more eclectic ride for a band who were never too fond of convention. "This is a really really good album, I was exactly what I expected, it was 2nd to Mellon Collie because the Pumpkins can never top that. It sounds like a modern, grown up version of Mellon Collie, they haven't lost all their energy or creativeness, but there isn't alot of emotion. Mellon Collie ha..."  [+]  Reply

"This was a very solid comeback album for Muddy Waters. He's backed here by a bunch of blues legends: Johnny Winter on guitar, James Cotton on harmonica, and Pinetop Perkins on piano, among others. For many people, "Mannish Boy" was their introduction to the blues. It was definitely one of first b..."  [+]  Reply

"Some filler, but the best songs are really good, making this a very solid addition to Costello's catalogue. Having the Attractions back gives this album an energy that hadn't been heard since their last album together back in 1986, and this is immediately evident on the opener Pony Street. The so..."  [+]  Reply

"As the title would suggest, this is a very spacey sounding album. They have a similar style to fellow Australian band Tame Impala but they are not on the same level as them. A solid effort though"  Reply

"I love Japan. As someone who cut his musical teeth in the period from 1979-1984, Japan stood out for me as being exactly what I was looking for in a band: they were extremely talented musicians, they (mostly) ploughed their own furrow, and they looked gorgeous! They got a lot of criticism at the ..."  [+]  Reply
