"The Sinatra of country music returns, delivering the marvelous follow-up to his masterpiece "Looks Like Rain." Everything there is to love about Newbury is here. The gentle voice, the heartfelt lyrics, the tender performances, and the dreamy studio production. As Waylon Jennings summarized, if yo..."  [+]  Reply

"Sadly, what was once a groundbreaking group has been left behind. Hip-hop grew, thanks in large part to TCQ's contributions, but they stayed the same. Decent album, but unremarkable."  Reply

"First album of brand new material from Elvis for eight years. Leading up to the release of the album talk has been about the record being a meeting of, Imperial bedroom, and, Painted from memory, and I can see that but it's the latter it's closer too for me. Opener, Under lime, is great and sets ..."  [+]  Reply

"This was the first CD I ever bought after many years of vinyl. I loved it the first time I heard it & today my opinion remains the same: it's one of the very best albums in my music collection (over 500). If my house was on fire & I could get in & only grab 5 CD's, this would be one of them."  Reply

"I'm French and La Femme, it's a bit like the french band I dreamed about. A delicious sound, eighties, a nice and original imagery, and fantastic lyrics... in French! This album is science fiction. A pure staging with psychedelic accents that listens attentively. La Femme is the little electro-po..."  [+]  Reply

"Amazing album loaded with great tracks, the ones I loved most of all were: When It Explodes, Leisure Pony, Sorry I Was Under The Sky, Allergies and Moth Wings. also, pretty surprised this album hasn't been a fav on this site (seeing as Lonerism is #1)"  Reply
