ORIGINAL POST
It's back! The only BEA thread that gives Jhereko's timeliness a good name. Before starting I want to clear up a few things. I'm not going to bother adding up the results for the Richard D. James thread as it had far too few submissions to justify an accurate statistical reflection (though it is something I would like to come back to). So, this week I ask of you a few things: rank the albums you've heard best to worst (feel free to edit this later), list your top 10 favourite songs from the band (also best to worst) AND nominate what artists you'd like to see in the future.

Could we do a Let's Rank: Lil B?
If you have to cancel my Animal Collective nomination, please do. I'd much rather have Lil B there.

Nonononononononononono
Also, don't do solo albums when you do Animal Collective(Which you should). They're way different than their core albums, and shouldn't be bunched in with them. They already have 11 core albums and half a dozen more EP's under their belt. Plus you didn't do solo albums with Radiohead, Velvet Underground, The Smiths etc.

Actually fairly easy for me. I like pretty much everything Wilco has ever done to varying extents, and it's all pretty clear order wise. I think the songs are much harder to decide on.
1. Yankee Hotel Foxtrot
2. Summerteeth
3. Being There
4. A Ghost Is Born
5. The Whole Love
6. A.M.
7. Wilco (the Album)
8. Sky Blue Sky
1. I Am Trying To Break Your Heart
2. Ashes Of American Flags
3. She's A Jar
4. Misunderstood
5. A Shot In The Arm
6. Art of Almost
7. Pot Kettle Black
8. Via Chicago
9. Summerteeth
10. Jesus Etc.
Also, when we do Spiritualized, can we leave Spacemen 3 out of that? They're really, really different bands and I think it would be weird to put them together. I mean, if we were to do that we might as well have included Uncle Tupelo in this ranking.

Not going to make a list currently, but AM is the best by this group as far as albums go and "Box full of letters" as far as songs go. that album was closest to Uncle Tupelo which is (for me) light years above most of Wilco's material, but this group is still dazzling.

The fact that some poor sap might listen to a Lil B song is worrying enough.
