Fabulous hard rocking but funky band. "Free Spirit" is completely out of this world, but all the tracks are extremely good. Nicely textured, heavy guitar sound and lots of swirling Hammond organ give them a Rare Earth feel, but they were unique. Such a shame that, as with the all-female band, Fanny, these girls did not get the recognition and respect they deserved. Even now, they are sadly not seen as the "lost gem" they should be.
