What can I say, I might be a bit biased, but I believe this is one of the peaks and high points of my musical journey this far. Saying it is some of the best music I can think of doesn't seem like an exaggeration. It's basically a job well done, a composer who cared for this craft and worked endlessly throughout his life. And a pianist who played with the same intent and drive: it's almost scary, how magnetic and serious Bach's music is.

what an extraordinary composition and recording. it is as demanding as your attention to it- the more you listen the more you hear.
Bach. What more can I say? A collection of solo piano works that is relaxing and a nice work to listen to while reading. Glenn Gould does it marvelously, and the whole piece moves like clockwork.
