I enjoyed this one more than the rest of their work. This is also, to me, their weirdest and most experimental record. I wonder if there's a connection.
The best FF album in my opinion (heard GB, BB, and most of EP so far). Benton Harbor Blues hits close to home...
The one complaint I would have is that the last three tracks are a bit unnecessary.. Not bad, but Benton Harbor Blues would be an excellent closer, + the two reprises just seem worse than the original songs..
Cool stuff. "Benton Harbor Blues" & "Waiting to Know You" are two of my favorite tracks from the past decade. This album is never boring & flows better than their other efforts. Check it out.
