Rating metrics: Help Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)

This album has a Bayesian average rating of 65.9/100, a mean average of 64.7/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 65.2/100. The standard deviation for this album is 19.7.

Very good album. Best 10 songs average is 88,8/100 and the album can get very good 90/100. Best songs are "To the moon & back", "I want you", "Truly madly deeply", "Tears of pearls" and "Carry on dancing" all 90/100. All other songs good 80-85/100. Favourite!

This was one of the first albums I ever bought as a little kid. No one can tell me with a straight face that "I Want You" isn't ~perfect 90's pop~

Note about the track listing: This was released with two different sets of tracks. The one listed above is the Australian version; I am familiar with the International version, and that's what's available on Spotify.

The International Version includes a song called "Promises" and leaves out "Mine" and "All Around Me", and the songs are in a different order.

I really liked the savage garden song "I loved you before I met you"? is that the right title..I thought that that was a great pop song, still listen to it on one of my mix tapes...he sounded so much like Smokey Robinson, who was probably my favorite Motown artist.
