The second of the Long Ryders' eighties trilogy continues their excellent string of roots rock with mostly tasteful lyrics.
Unfortunately, they are most known for their most can't be song ever: Looking for Lewis and Clark. But put aside that song and another called WDIA, and you have a high energy roots rock album that was nearly unmatched in its time, though they would perfect their style on the next record, titled Two Fisted Tales.
Recommended.
