"Echo's In Blue" City Calm Down's follow up to 2015's rather excellent "In A Restless House " is a nice album
Musically the theme continues with the C.C.D signature 80's sounding pop synthesises , drums and vocals . Lyrically its well worth paying attention as the band delves into modern society , broken relationships & work life balance just to name a few
Clear stand out track is 'Kingdom' which is an early contender for 2018 track of the year , its an absolute cracker
This could be the album to break C.C.D into a wider marker , its well worth checking out
