Undoubtably one of the strangest "Theatrical" experiences you will ever have, this album delivers narrative, song cycle, and concept album, all rolled into one really strange package. It follows the story of a girl named Rose, who needs to live multiple lifetimes to fulfill the tasks laid out to her by a Great Bear. If that catches your attention, definitely give it a listen or 10. It really is remarkable, if you can follow the storylines.

Dave Malloy has created an experimental theatre piece that rides the line between musical theatre, concept album, and concert. The album stands on its own as a record, each track having its own style and structure, yet there is still a clear narrative tying everything together.
