It's definitely pretty far ahead of it's time, Keith was a huge innovator those days. Some of it is "oh cool this is funny and quirky" and some of it is outright "oh god what is this" so it's a bit hard to understand. Try not to read too hard into it I suppose.
Need to finish this record. Most of this record is pretty killer with being a futuristic alt rap record.
