Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album has a Bayesian average rating of 66.8/100, a mean average of 62.9/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 62.9/100. The standard deviation for this album is 20.3.

It’s pretty weird to think that Bon Jovi still churn out new albums, despite being nothing but a shadow of their former selves. A testament to their repetitive, tiresome and straightforward songwriting of recent years is the unimaginative title of their latest album, 2020. This doesn't reflect the content itself, however.
The music on this album, while definitely mainstream radio pop-rock, is surprisingly up-to-date and varied. The lead single, Limitless, sounds like any Bon Jovi single of the 21st century, but the following song, Do What You Can is a surprisingly catchy feelgood-song for these hard times. Let It Rain is a good old Bon Jovi banger.
But that's not to say it's all sunshine and flowers. Most songs are forgettable and not very interesting at all. Story of Lover, for instance, has sweet lyrics and a sweeter melody, but it just goes on and on until it turns stale. The same problem haunts every song on the second half of the album, making it a slog to sit through.

It's not a comeback record, but if feels like it. Rating (81.50)
