As "the guy" of which you speak... essentially this was the aborted studio LP c.1978 which got retrospectively released in the 90s... so really it's a 70s LP. But then one could argue that Brian Wilson's Smile should be in the 60s section. But what the hey, regardless of all this decade-hopping nit-picking - it fuckin' rocks... proto-hardcore at its finest...!

I wish the guy who included this album in his chart would check if the moderation was correct.. From what I could find online, this is a band that was active between 1976 and 1978, and released this LP in 1995 and then a CD re-release in 2002 (is this right?)
