Still my favorite Beck album and one of my tops of the 90’s, so funny, so funky, so fun!
Fantastic collection of songs.
Every now and then you've got to stop worrying about shit, not think too hard and have a bit of fun.....and this is what this albums like for me. May not be Becks best, or indeed my favourite but when I don't want to have to concentrate too hard this is one I enjoy listening to.
I generally dig Beck but after the first two tracks - Sexx Laws and Nicotine & Gravy - the album just turns into a pile of messy proto hipster nonsense.

Questo disco nella discografia del suo autore rappresenta abbastanza un'eccezione: un album da festa, l'aveva definito Beck, ed a ragione. Si balla, ci si muove, è musica frizzante, attiva: altri suoi lavori, invece, contengono una musica magari più profonda ma pure più noiosa...

Favoritas: Sexx Laws, Mixed Bizness, Debra, Beautiful Way
Beck does silly fun dance funk music! He surprisingly does it well. The jump from this to Sea Change is so enormous and proves his versatile talents as an artist.
This is a niche album really only worth listening to if you are feeling light hearted and silly.
It's still done very well even if his lyrics are even more nonsensical then Odelay! which I thought would be impossible to top in nonsense lyrics
