They're never in a hurry with their songs, so if you've only a 2 or 3 minute attention span then you're playing the wrong album. If you're happy to hear something developing, changing, subtle sounds and changes, infused with a cool high-tech soul-dub south-pacific reggae-soul sound then you're onto a winner. fat Freddy are absolutely awesome live, somehow just always get the audience going in a cool grove and band happily takes a good 10 or 15 minutes on a track!
This album is original and catchy.
For people who like to relax this is the perfect music, it is an intergration of jazz, soul, pop, dub and roots creating an unique and brilliant that everyone will love.
