Un grande disco che mi spiace di aver scoperto tardi. "Reflections" è un disco di poesie ma non un album di reading poetry; la musica ne ha una parte fondamentale, non è mai al servizio delle liriche ( con la parziale eccezione della conclusiva "B movie" ) . Ed è una musica ricchissima di influenze: tanta musica nera ma soprattutto il jazz, poi il soul, il funky ed anche il reggae.
