A single disc compilation of performances at the long running American Folk Blues Festival in 1983, this 1984 release on Optimism Incorporated and L + R Records (Cat#: LR CD-2063) finds the legendary Louisiana Red taking center stage for the lion's share of tracks here. Red is joined by harp man Carey Bell on a handful of numbers and their performances are augmented by Queen Sylvia, Jimmie Rogers, Lovie Lee, and Honey Boy Otis throughout this album's nearly 1 hour runtime.
