Not a bad album at all. The first two tracks, Mumbo (with made up ab libbed lyrics), and, Bip bop, are very funny. The rest is fine especially, Dear friend, which is very good. I love these early quirky McCartney albums and although it's not quite up to the standard of, McCartney, or, Ram, Wild life is still decent enough and probably works better now than it did in 1971. The weakest album in the McCartney catalogue
Smoke up & listen....it's for you (Edited)
Wings' flighty debut has nice songs and moments, but it just feels rushed. Missing lyrics, semi-complete songs, musical ideas, but rarely a refined, complete story.
Wings and Sir Paul fans should check it out; for others, later Wings releases will offer more satisfaction.
