Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some albums can have several thousand ratings)
This album is rated in the top 1% of all albums on BestEverAlbums.com. This album has a Bayesian average rating of 81.7/100, a mean average of 80.2/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 82.0/100. The standard deviation for this album is 16.5.

A definite improvement on the original, apart from Let It Be Song which is not as good as original version.
This might be a controversial opinion here, but although the idea I think is well thought out I don't think it's executed as well as it could have been as the production of this is rubbish at times, and as the result I think it just sounds like a collection of demos mostly
A more stripped-down version of Let It Be, more in line with McCartney's original vision. Some changes I like better than the original, others I don't. Still, it's Let It Be, which is a great album by a great band, so of course this album is great too.
A essência das músicas é demais! Grande álbum sem firulas.
I finally get it.
That is what "Let It Be" should be! Much better than 1970's version:D
Sound is now excellent on this album apart from anything else, be hard for that to be disputed. A joy to hear. Overall a better listen. Some of the tracks really jump out like on chorus of I me mine. Just feels more cohesive and like a proper more "serious" studio album, good running order and the addition and culling of tracks definitely work. I probably slightly prefer the original across the universe but other than that I love it, even though I've always enjoyed the original album too. The original cover art is much better, iconic I guess, should have just made a negative of that instead. This will be my go to version, sound quality just trashes original cd.
Some incredible songs on here, some of their very best.
Excellent idea by Paul McCartney to produce the Let it Be album the way it should have been at the time. Extra points for including the excellent Don’t Let me Down. Though to be honest, I do miss John’s humorous comments from the original album.
In retrospect, the decision to let Phil Spector loose on the then unfinished "Let It Be" tapes was a bit like asking Rolf Harris to touch up art by Leonardo. As such, this should be considered as a piece of restoration work - it's only fault being the omission of Maggie Mae.
