Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A compilation album that introduced three Serbian artists in early 80s and is apparently the most important album of Yugoslavian music as it pretty much defined the Yugoslav music scene of the first half of the 80s. Beside of course introducing three great bands.
The first two songs on the album are complete classic and among the best Yugoslav tracks of all time. There's some "teen-angst" vibe going on in Šarlo Akrobata's Ona se Budi, which was maybe a bit uncommon for the Yugo music before that time. The other three songs by the band are good as well, in particular the album closer Niko Kao Ja (meaning Nobody like me), which along with the video represent one of the goofiest 90 seconds of music. Two other songs by Električni Orgazam are also good, with Zlatni Papagaj being the better of the two.
My problem with the album is in Idoli's contribution. The songs are alright but not on the level of their songs from Odbrana i Poslednji Dani. And being in love with that album I find it a bit hard to really enjoy their "ska" sound here, or the 8 minute repetitiveness of Amerika (but I bet some Scaruffians would love this track). But it's still OK and I guess Maljčiki is another legit yugo classic.
