This 1977 release originally on Chiaroscuro Records (Cat#: CR-175), and re-released in 2000 on CD on Chiaroscuro Records (Cat#: CR(D) 175) with five additional tracks, finds swing jazz pianist Dave McKenna performing solo piano pieces. And swing it does!!! What is not to like with the old-timey pounding and unescapible basslines that McKenna lays down? The answer is a resounding "nothing." Authenticated on discogs.com
