Empty Road is a countrified ballad where Matt puts in some effort. Effort is hard to find throughout this, but... that CCR riff-off on Buffalo Seven is fun stuff, Alert Status Red and the closer are okay, and Blue Skies Over Badlands is a reasonably strong Matt Good epic. This album is not a high point, though, for sure.
