I'd consider this the definitive punk rock song. While punk is generally characterized by short tracks, this has literally everything else you could ever want in a punk song. Fat Mike and crew take their "job to keep punk rock elite" seriously giving us some technically proficient moments without ever becoming masturbatory. The sound and politically/otherwise charged lyrics embody the punk ethos. We didn't need 2 nearly indistinguishable tracks from The Sex Pistols on Rolling Stone's top 500 songs list when they could have thrown this on there instead.
