Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Master at work. I bought this LP in 1976, but I was not really ready to digest all tracks. Today, all tracks are digested, and the taste is delicious!

Never been a great fan of jazz fusion but if you’re going down that route it doesn’t get much better than this

Vast improvement over Blow by Blow on all fronts. One of the best jazz fusion albums.
The worthy follow-up to Beck's seminal Blow By Blow, this disc boasts some outstanding fusion workouts. "Led Boots," a fine interpretation of "Goodbye Porkpie Hat" and keyboardist Jan Hammer's "Blue Wind" totally kick ass. Outstanding guitar work from one of the greats in his prime.
