I saw the Ikebukuro exhibition, way back in the day. It was very nicely done, but in the middle of a big, frantic city, visiting a gallery in a department store during daytime amongst other visitors, you simply don't get into the contemplative frame of mind suggested by the music and the art. It's something that WOULD be cool, if it were somewhere else. Ambient music in general sometimes seems like music for a life I just don't live. Still, I like listening to the sound design, and I think this is one of Eno's best ambient albums, maybe my second favorite after On Land.
