Some great songs towards the beginning and the ending is just as good as the rest of them
American release btw
In what was a great year for debut album, the Psychedelic Furs took their influences and created something utterly original
The Psychedlic Furs were one one of the most significant pop bands of the new wave and this album is packed with winners. In popular conciousness they're John Hughes favs with "Pretty In Pink" and "Don't you Forget About Me", however this as well as several other albums sre well worth owning. The album above has a number of bonus tracks not available on the original so obviously can't vouch for their quality.

An underrated gem, almost always overshadowed by Talk talk talk, and their singles this albums brings a 80's beginning euphoria and still can conduce the charm during all the songs, not all focused in rock, you can still see some pop influences here, it still remembers me a little of Echo & The Bunnymen, maybe because of the sound but it's always a pleasant listening
