Sharon Jones è donna già matura ( sulla cinquantina… ) ed interpreta il soul con l'abilità di chi lo ha sempre fatto stando nelle retrovie, tenendo un piede nel passato ( già la copertina sembra una qualche raccolta della Stax o della Motown ) ed uno, per quanto riguarda gli arrangiamenti, nel presente. Il risultato è buono, anche se nessuna di queste canzoni è un capolavoro.
