Ci ho messo un bel po' a farmi piacere questo disco, che fino ad un certo punto consideravo un reggae leggero da feste in piscina e di cui poi, pur senza che diventasse uno dei miei dischi preferiti, ho cominciato ad apprezzare la carica soul ed i languori da Sam Cooke giamaicano. E' un gran piacione, infatti, Gregory Isaacs e l'infermiera notturna è fin troppo chiaro che tipo di assistenza possa dargli.

Once again, Tooky hasn't got a scooby. Soul nuts will get plenty out of this - the Cool Ruler had a voice which could melt butter, the vibe is Lovers as opposed to Roots and arguably given its slick production I would wager that it would appeal more to a crossover audience than to skanking dreads and dubheads. Nevertheless, a great record.
