The versions of "Words", "Alabama" and "Southern man" are simply wonderful. Words is so druggy, the vocals in Alabama perfect and you can hear how they evolve and Southern man has the aggression it deserved but missed in the studio. Just for the glory of those songs I find the album deeply underrated even (or especially?) among Neil Young fans.
