Vivian Stanshall's Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band were one of the most comical UK bands of the late 1960s and this was undoubtedly their best LP release. Its satirical side undoubtedly served, to some, as a welcome release for those tiring of the inundation of so much psychedelia and other less meritable music. (Edited)
My personal favorite of the Bonzo Dog Band albums. Probably because it was the first one I ever heard. I remember just sitting there stunned and then rolling around laughing.
Very funny, very good and a preview of great things to come from the band. Death Cab For Cutie take their name from a track on this album.

One of the most funny album ever heard in my life: Zappa style, but easier to reach. An excellent melting pot of sounds.
