This album really just isn't for me. I'd consider it mediocre at best. The lyrics are uninspiring, the music behind the lyrics is very minimal to the point of being vapid, and overall it started to seem kind of creepy (not in a good way) by the end, but that's probably just me. Also this is easily one of the worst album covers I've ever seen, but that doesn't really have anything to do with the music itself.
However, the singer (who I guess I assume is Sean Nicholas Savage; I really don't know anything about this artist) is very talented, and his voice itself is quite nice to listen to. However, I'm inclined to listen to something more than just a voice and a bit of synth in the background.
Another positive I can say about the album is that the song "More Than I Love Myself" was very pleasant. I'm not sure why this song stood out to me more than any of the other songs, but for some reason it was a stand out. "Other Life" wasn't bad either, but overall I didn't find much to like in the album.
I think I'd describe the album as minimalist sad-pop, with a cutesy feel but overall melancholy. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes the 80s minimal synth sound, but it just wasn't for me.
